Code of Ethics
Biohackeri may engage in diverse activities and events relating to open citizen science, DIY Biology and experimentation. For this reason, Biohackeri wants to address the uncertainty and concerns that may arise from such subjects by publishing a code of ethics that can be updated regularly. This code of ethics is directed to our members, partners and any entity participating in activities where Biohackeri is involved. Our code of ethics is based on existing work on ethics and covers different areas including: privacy, minimising risk, respect, informed voluntary participation, confidentiality, openness and intellectual property. Members of Biohackeri and all partners are held to high standards in the areas mentioned in this code of ethics.
